Wow this is a lot of work.

I am starting to learn how to blog. I know I am doing this back wards but I am really did not know where to begin.

My intentions are to record my journey on starting a new business. One that is totally out of my comfort zone. Hopefully through this blog and comments from others I can make this a successful venture,

Learn something along the way and hopefully possibley help some one else in my situtution. I will be going back ward and post dating some blogs to show a time line That is if I can remember. As I am recording my actions moving forward.

Please help me with any comments or advice you can give someone who has never blogged and who has never manufactured before.

I have always been on the service end of my business. So this is a leap a big leap of faith.

No men, this is not what you think.

Packaging, boxes, green not green, Cardboard, foam, one side design two side design wow many many choices. How does one make the correct decisions.

You have to remember what you are selling and to whom.

Will it be appealing remember FIRST IMPRESSIONS are every thing.

Again, remember I am an accountant Black and white. Colors and designs what people want well that is beyond me. I have I picture in my mind of what I wanted, but some how it has morphed into something i don’t know.

The trip begins with an 1 1/2 drive to a client of my husbands. Who is kind enough to help me with my first run of boxes I think is minium is 150.

Wow that is a scary number for something that is unknown.

Anyway, the gentle man was really nice and bombarded me with questions about my box. discribe what you do, describe what you want to preseeve.

I of course flubbed and studdard thru every question. But He was gracious enough to help me through it. He had some great Ideas’ yes about my box and more so about business in general. I learned a lot From Mr. Dunn.

Believe it or not this little old accountant can be taught new tricks.

Anyway, I left my protype with his design department and now anxiously await the outcome.

I hope my box is pretty.
